How we work
Every idea has to come down somewhere.
An idea that stays in your head forever isn't worth much, however good it is. Ours is a fairly unglamorous process for making sure it doesn't stay there — scoped, built, and shipped in a way you can follow the whole way through.

Listen
Listen
We start with the idea as it actually exists — rough, half-formed, maybe not even fully articulated yet. Half of this work is asking the right questions before a single line of code is written.
02
Shape
Shape
We turn the idea into something specific: what it does, what it deliberately doesn't, and what order to build it in. You get a clear scope and a plan you can actually picture — not a vague promise.
03
Build
Build
We build in short, visible cycles. You see working software early and often, not a single reveal months from now. If the idea needs to shift as it takes shape, we shift with it.

Land
Land
It ships. It's live, it's real, and it's doing the work it was meant to do. This is the point of everything that came before it — and where most of our satisfaction lives.
After it lands
We stay close once it's real.
Landing isn't the end of the relationship. Systems need tuning, usage reveals new edges, and needs change. We stay involved after launch — fixing, extending, and adjusting as your business does.
